Our mission at Performance Therapies P.C. is to provide comprehensive training programs that not only maximize athletic potential and reduce the risk of injury, but also educate and inspire young athletes to excel in all areas of life.  By providing a safe, highly structured and enjoyable atmosphere we ensure the opportunity for success.  Our integrative approach to performance enhancement builds the total athlete.

At Performance Therapies, P.C. we offer two different performance enhancement programs to cater to your specific training needs:

The Ultra Performance Group Training Program
Our most popular program offers the ultimate in performance enhancement and injury prevention training.  Unlike our competitors whom often utilize a “one size fits all” approach, we recognize that no two athletes are alike. Each athlete receives a periodized strength program based on their individual strength levels as determined through the functional performance testing.  The individualized workouts allow each athlete to be pushed to their maximal training level in a safe manner.  The constant cycling of reps, sets, volume and intensity afforded through the use of a periodized model ensures that athletes make consistent gains in strength and peak at the appropriate times of year. 

Power Agility Strength and Speed Program
At Performance Therapies, P.C. we now offer P.A.S.S. Camp all year long! We have developed a six week speed and agility program that allows athletes already participating in a weight lifting program or sport at school an opportunity to improve speed and agility. P.A.S.S. Camp has been designed to supplement an athlete's pre-existing strength training program not replace it. Athletes will participate in two one hour sessions two times per week for six weeks. P.A.S.S. Camp is an intense program created to address all components of speed. Areas that will be addressed in the training include:

  • Proper warm-up
  • Flexibility
  • Upper, lower extremity and core muscle strength
  • Balance
  • Foot speed and agility
  • Plyometrics
  • Running technique
