It is our goal at Performance Therapies, P.C. to maximize your time at the gym with a professionally designed, high energy and individualized training program. Group training gives us the opportunity to do all of these things in a group setting that is both motivating for you and cost effective too. Most people are strong candidates for group training. The vast majority of health club members are in need of exercise program design and/or guidance as well as the accountability offered by having a personal trainer. In addition to guidance and accountability, the opportunity to exercise with others is an attractive alternative to "1 on 1" for many members. Do not be fooled by the word 'group', groups may consist of 2-4 people and each will have their own routine based on their own personal needs and fitness goals. Training groups are always small enough that you will always be near enough to your trainer for them to make any adjustments to exercise form, or help through a particularly difficult exercise. At Performance Therapies, P.C. this is our favorite way to bring the benefits of personal training to you.

Group Training Rates
1 X Week = $25/session = $100/month
2 X Week = $23/session = $184/month
3 X Week = $21/session = $252/month

Yes You Do! A convenient characteristic of our Express group training is incredible time efficiency. Our training sessions are scheduled for an hour to allow time for warming up, technique instruction, working out, skills practice, and cooling down. However, some of our clients are pressed for time. In this case, we are able to get them in and out within 25-30 minutes without sacrificing the quality or intensity of their training.

Express is a very intense 20-30 minutes of interval training designed to strengthen, increase aerobic capacity, and burn body fat. Express group training is also for those members that want professional program design, want to train very aggressively, but don't have an hour or two to spend at the gym.

Clients pay a daily fee of $10 and train in a group setting.
Programs run five days per week. Morning, lunch, and evening times are available.

I'm embarrassed - I'm really out of shape.

Don't be. First of all, none of our members arrive at a level of fitness that would be considered exceptional by our high standards. Like all of us, they all had and still have plenty of room for improvement. That is precisely the reason our members train with us; to improve.

I already have a gym membership.

We still encourage you to come train with us for one week absolutely free. When the membership contract at your current gym expires, you'll know whether or not you want to renew. And remember, we have NO contracts. Our clients stay with us because they love what we do and they see amazing results.
