Cedar Rapids Xavier students Derek Kramer and Bryce Colston participated in Performance Therapies enhancement program before the 2008 track season.  Derek dropped almost 1.5 seconds in the 200 meter dash and almost 1 full second in the 100 meter dash from the previous track season.  Bryce broke his previous school record in the 100 meter dash by 0.2 seconds.  At  the Iowa Boys State Track Meet  Derek and Bryce  finished 1st and 2nd in the 100 meter dash, 6th and 1st in the 200 meter dash and both were on the 1st place 4 X 100 and 4 X 200 meter relay teams.  Derek is currently running track for University of Northern Iowa. Bryce is running track for Iowa State University.
